There's no linear fixed formula; instead, the results are interpolated based on Wombaroo's data sheet, as the kit's feeding requirements change with weight gain. Wombaroo's directions for mixing: Mix 2 level scoops 14 g (~2 tbsp or ~15 mL) of powder + 25 mL of warm water. This gives 40 mL (of milk) with a concentration of 2.78 mL/mg (0.002777 mL/kg). Scan.
