Toltrazuril is a broad-spectrum anticoccidial drug that is effective against both gamont & schizont stages of
Eimeria spp. It's used to treat coccidia in Leverets (Hares) & Rabbits and is sold as Baycox in most parts of the world. Unfortunately toltrazuril is not readily available in the US.
There are a number of concentrations of Baycox (toltrazuril) available: 2.5%, 5%, and 10%. 5% is most commonly used with Hares & Rabbits.
Per the facebook Hare Rescue group the prophylaxis Leveret protocol is 10 mg/kg. They recommend a 9 day dosing protocol (2 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on) dosing at the 10 mg/kg with toltrazuril 5% (50 mg/mL). The calculator will only show the dosing based on the data inputted.
